Gate Apron Rehabilitation and Drainage Improvement (GARDI) – Gates A34-A38

• Three apron gates on Concourse A, Gates A34-A38 

• Replace gate apron pavement section 

• Correct ponding, heaving, cracking, slope issues 

• Provide pavement drainage (surface and subsurface) 

• New drainable base layer drains to new DIW trench drains 

• Replace existing utilities (storm, sanitary, water, electrical), manholes, hydrant fueling pits 

• Coordinated with six projects within the jobsite to improve tenant spaces while the three gates were closed 

• Daily DEN and Airline Stakeholder coordination to meet aggressive schedules and stakeholder operational needs
