    • Replaced 6 individual baggage screening systems with a centralized system that optimizes the operation of the checked baggage system at SEA.

    • Achieved the maximum outbound baggage capacity within the current airport footprint

  • LAX - Terminal 4/5 Modernization Program

    • Reconstruction of Terminal 4 and new south concourse to feature new ticketing and a consolidated TSA Security Screening Checkpoint

    • New south concourse will feature additional space for hold rooms, concessions, restrooms

  • EWR - C1 United Club Renovation

    • Complete renovation of existing United Club near gate C74

    • The opening brings additional lounge capacity to one of the airline’s busiest hubs in the system

    • Over 440,000 LF of pavement markings removed and reapplied

  • DEN - Gate Apron Rehabilitation and Drainage Improvement (GARDI)

    • Replaced 5 gate apron pavement sections on Concourse A

    • Correct Ponding, heaving, cracking, slope issues

    • Provide pavement drainage (surface & subsurface)

    • Replace existing utilities (storm, sanitary, water, electrical), manholes, hydrant fueling pits

  • DEN - Baggage Handling System (BHS) Level 3 MOD 1E-2E Crossover

    • Added Post Screening Crossover conveyor belts connecting Mod 1 & 2 East in the Terminal

    • 2 brand new baggage makeup units

    • 4 existing baggage makeup units consolidated into 2 larger units to support airline growth

  • DEN - Plaza Premium Group / Capital One Lounge

    • A single-level 10,800 sq ft Club in Concourse A Near Gate A34 opened to the public November 2023

    • Amenities include lounge bay, sleeping pods, relaxation area, workstations, full kitchen and bar, showers and meeting space

  • DEN - Baggage Handling Projects

    • Completed odd size bag inputs in check-in pods B and G

    • Completed Level 3 makeups to support airline relocations

    • Completed 2nd Individual Carrier System (ICS) in North America
